Approximately two months before your wedding date, we will get together and learn about all the exciting things you have planned! From there we will take the reins, reaching out and stayed in touch your vendors, finalizing floor plans, create a day of timeline, do a walk-through of your venue and make sure you are good with all the last minute details.

Of course, we will run your wedding rehearsal, making sure everyone knows where to stand, what to do and when to be there the next day!
On your wedding day the Costal Charm Weddings team will focus on all of the behind the scenes work that makes your day stress-free. From overseeing & assisting with set up & breakdown, gathering your tribe for pictures, pinning boutonnieres and smoothing out any last minute wrinkles, we will make sure things are running on schedule & your ceremony and reception is everything you dreamed it would be!
