Month of Coordination

A Must for Every Bride!  Taking care of all the details from Rehearsal to Grand Exit! 

Have you done all the hard work and planning & want to enjoy your wedding weekend without having to worrying about if the cake arrived or the groomsmen have all showed up? Do you want the only thing you have think about is looking amazing, soaking in all the love, and enjoying the party? If that’s what you need, then this is the service for you!

Approximately two month before your wedding date, we will get together and learn about all the exciting things you have planned!  From there we will take the reins, reaching out and stayed in touch your vendors, finalizing floor plans, create a day of timeline, do a walk-through of your venue and make sure you are good with all the last minute details.  

Of course we will run your rehearsal, making sure everyone knows where to stand, what to do and when to be there the next day!

On your wedding day the Costal Charm Weddings team will focus on all of the behind the scenes work that makes your day stress-free. From overseeing & assisting with set up & breakdown, gathering your tribe for pictures, pinning boutonnieres and smoothing out any last minute wrinkles, we will make sure things are running on schedule & your wedding day is everything you dreamed it would be! Partial Planning Services

Do you want to be hands on but feeling a bit overwhelmed? Let us help.

Have you found your venue, booked your photographer, planned out your design but are finding there is so much more to do than you anticipated? You are not alone, planning your wedding is fun and exciting but it can also be stressful and oh so very time consuming! Let us give you a hand and take some of this off your shoulders! With this service we will be here as a constant resource, available to you throughout the entire process to help you with decisions & give you guidance. We will send you a monthly reminder checklist so you don’t have to worry if you are forgetting about something, help you come up with creative solutions for a design idea you have, or simply be here for a call to talk through a situation you are not sure how to handle.  With this package, Coastal Charm Weddings is here to help you put your ideas in place, support you with all the last minute details and of course run your rehearsal, and be there to direct the vendors, oversee set up, and coordinate all the who, when, where on the big day!

Full Planning & Design

Managing every detail from A to Z.

Do you have a crazy hectic life? Is planning just not your thing? Do you worry about finding the right vendors?  If you have answered yes to any of these questions this is the package for you! Many destination brides and busy couples just like you ask for this service. Let us take the guess work and the leg work off your shoulders!

We at Coastal Charm Weddings will work with you from the very beginning, spending time getting to know you so we truly understand your vision and what your dream wedding is all about.  From there, we will help you find the perfect venue, your photographer, DJ, florist etc. We will help keep you on track with your budget and make sure everything is getting done each month as your count down begins. Want some design assistance? We can help! Want to know how to handle some tricky family relationships at the wedding? We can help! Want a second opinion at your cake tasting ?– yes please. we are definitely there to help!! Every detail, every step of the way, we’ll be with you through it all. Of course we will run the rehearsal and be there all throughout the big day to make sure everything is perfect so all you have to do is walk down that aisle, say “I do” and enjoy the celebration! Elopement & Macro Wedding Wedding Proposals

Do you just want an intimate wedding without the  reception and party? Need help finding the perfect way to ask her to marry you?

We are here to help!

Elopement packages and macro weddings can include just you and your officiant or can inlcude music, decor and professional photograpy! We have garden, beach, marshview and gazebo locations to choose from as well as some beatuful private venues! Contact us to learn more!

We will meet for a get to know you session and then get busy to create proposal ideas made specifically for you!  When the big day comes we will get it all set up, help you with the surprise so you can be the hero & she will have the magical moment she always dreamed about!
